Dennis Egger is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Oxford and a Tutorial Fellow at Queen's College. He obtained his PhD from UC Berkeley in 2022. His primary research interests are in labour, development, and trade, where he uses a combination of large-scale randomized controlled trials and administrative data to answer questions related to migration, the integration of refugees and host communities, networks, social protection, and spatial linkages between economic agents. His current work focuses Kenya, Ethiopia, Malawi, Rwanda, China and Switzerland.
