Wayne Sandholtz is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Nova School of Business and Economics, of the Nova University of Lisbon.
Sandholtz is an applied microeconomist interested in development, education, political economy, and public economics. His work focuses on political and other constraints on improving public service delivery, with a particular focus on education. His work has been published in the American Economic Review.
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University of California San Diego, and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
