Ludivine Martin is a labour and personnel economist, research scientist at the Labour Market Department of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), a research institute based in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.
She obtained a PhD in Economics at the University of Rennes 1 in France and received her PhD supervision rights both in France (HDR) from the University of Strasbourg and in Luxembourg (ADR) from the University of Luxembourg. She is affiliated to the Centre for Research in Economics and Management, CREM (UMR CNRS 6211), Rennes-Caen, France. She has been awarded research grants from the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), as well as the European Commission H2020 program and has also provided policy advice to the Ministry of Economics in Luxembourg. Her research interests include the impact of digital transformations on jobs, work motivation, employees’ well-being, and skills of the future.
Ludivine joined IZA as a Research Fellow in January 2022.
