Ruchi Singh is an Assistant Professor at University of Georgia. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017.
Her research interests include urban economics, real estate, and applied econometrics. Her current research focuses on crime, land use regulation, housing affordability, and the effect of natural disasters on house prices. Dr. Singh has published articles in Journal of Urban Economics, Regional Science and Urban Economics, and Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. She serves on the editorial board of Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
Ruchi Singh joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in July 2020.
