Viola Salvestrini is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the AXA Research Lab for Gender Equality at Bocconi University. She is also a PhD candidate at Queen Mary University of London (expected 2024) under the supervision of Anna Raute and Francois Gerard. Prior to this, she obtained a MRes in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Viola’s research interests lie in applied microeconomics, with a focus on personnel economics, gender economics and labor economics. Her current research focuses on the impact of gender diversity on teams’ decision-making process.
