Johannes Abeler

Johannes Abeler received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bonn in 2008. He then joined the University of Nottingham is now at the University of Oxford. His main research interests are behavioural and experimental economics and labour and public economics.

From 2005 to 2007, he was a Resident Research Affiliate at IZA. He continued to keep close ties with IZA as a Research Affiliate and since March 2009 as a Research Fellow. In 2012, he received the IZA Young Labor Economist Award (joint with Steffen Altmann, Sebastian Kube and Matthias Wibral).
