Nick Zubanov is a professor of organizational economics at University of Konstanz.He completed his PhD at Birmingham University in 2007 and had worked at CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, Tilburg University, Erasmus University Rotterdam and Goethe University Frankfurt before joining Konstanz in October 2016. He does research mainly in personnel economics and applied micro, with occasional forays into health, education and applied econometrics. His key works are published in Management Science, Academy of Management Journal, and American Economic Journal: Applied Microeconomics.
He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in August 2012.
