Nadine Ketel is an Associate Professor in Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Research Affiliate at Gothenburg Universiy, IZA and CEPR (Labour Economics Programme).

Her main research interests are labor economics, educational economics and economics of crime that she studies with the use of natural and field experiments.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in January 2015 and became a Research Fellow in December 2023.
