Dominik Spitza has been responsible for the organizational planning and rollout of IZA workshops and conferences since 2012. Beyond this core task he oversees the X channel @iza_event and has assumed the role of organizing IZA's guest researchers program in 2024. During his East Asian studies at the University of Cologne, he gained experience in event management and marketing as a student brand manager.
