Emma Gorman is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Employment Research, University of Westminster, working on topics in labour and education economics. Emma holds a PhD from Lancaster University, and a BCA(hons) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Prior to joining the University of Westminster, she held appointments variously at Lancaster University, the University of Glasgow and the New Zealand Treasury, and has conducted research for the UK Department for Education, Social Mobility Commission and Department for Work and Pensions.

Emma joined the IZA as a Research Fellow in February 2019.
