Paolo Zacchia is an economist interested in the interaction between labour market institutions and firm productivity, the network dimensions of socio-economic interactions between workers and/or firms, and the application of machine learning tools in applied economic research. Paolo received his PhD in Economics from U.C. Berkeley in 2015. After graduation, Paolo joined the IMT School of Lucca, Italy as an Assistant Professor. Since 2021, Paolo moved to Prague's CERGE-EI as a full-time faculty member (tenure-track Assistant Professor).
