Peter Arcidiacono is a full professor at Duke University.

His two main lines of work are on affirmative action in higher education and estimation of dynamic discrete choice models. Arcidiacono has investigated how affirmative action in admissions affects future earnings, college attendance rates, inter-racial interaction, and the match between the student and the school. Arcidiacono has also developed tools to facilitate estimation of dynamic discrete choice models.

Peter joined IZA as a Research Fellow in October 2015.
