Naomi Gershoni is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of economics at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
She received her Ph.D. in economics from Tel Aviv University in 2016. Her main field is labor economics with a focus on gender, fertility, and human capital. In addition, Naomi studies workers’ behavior in groups and teams.
Naomi Gershoni joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in October 2021.
