Pauline Carry is a PhD candidate at CREST (ENSAE - Ecole Polytechnique). She is a labor economist and a macroeconomist. Her work focuses on the effects of labor market institutions on workers, firms, and aggregate employment. She combines applied microeconomic methods and structural models of the labor market.
Pauline has been working on the general equilibrium effects of labor market policies such as employment protection and working time regulations. She is also interested in the distributional impacts of labor reforms.
Pauline Carry joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in March 2023.
