Virginia Minni is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She will join The University of Chicago Booth School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Economics in 2024.
Her research focuses on questions in labor, organizational, and development economics. She collaborates with large organizations to understand the determinants of labor productivity and inequality. Virginia received her PhD in Economics from The London School of Economics.
