Seula Kim is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Pennsylvania State University. She is a macroeconomist with research interests in firm dynamics, labor economics, innovation, and economic growth.
Her research examines the interplay between firm and labor market dynamics and their aggregate implications by using quantitative heterogeneous-agent macroeconomic models with micro-level administrative and survey data.
