Alexander Busch received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology from Heidelberg University, and subsequently studied economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has worked as research assistant in various field of applied micro economics (e.g. gender / environmental / behavioural economics). He is interested in labour market institutions, the economics of education, demography, and spatial econometric methods. Alexander Busch was as a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate at IZA from September 2024 until August 2024.
